It is my hand, and the bird was OK! We’re forever getting birds, especially fledglings (it used to be bats as well) flying into enclosed spaces, bashing themselves against windows. The only way to stop them hurting themselves was to catch them (bats too!) and release them out in the open.
I thought it might be! So the bird was in good hands! We only get adult birds ramming the windows here especially downstairs always without warning. They stun themselves….. not always briefly….. but do recover……not sure I could deal with a bat! Hope your move is going to plan!
Is that your hand? I hope bird is OK!
